i mean, I used SimpleTix for a small event and the payout came through faster than I thought it would. It wasn’t instant, but it was still totally fine, and there wasn’t any weird back and forth to deal with. My only thing is I wish the payout details were a little easier to find.

"Easy enough for a small event, but a little clunky"
I used SimpleTix for a small event it worked fine for what I needed. Getting everything set up wasn’t too painful, like adding ticket types, putting in the event details, checking the attendee list, sending people the link, all that basic stuff. The price also seemed reasonable compared to some of the bigger ticket sites I’ve used or looked at, like ones that charge a ton just for processing, service fees, or random add-ons. That said, it wasn’t totally smooth the whole time. A few parts felt kind of clunky, like I’d be trying to edit something, find a setting, change a ticket option, or double-check where the checkout page was, and I wasn’t always sure where to click next. Nothing impossible, just not super intuitive in spots. Also, the fees can still start to add up once you factor in ticket fees, payment fees, maybe extra features, and all those little charges that don’t seem like much at first. Overall, it did the job for my event. I wouldn’t say it blew me away, but I also wouldn’t say it was bad. It’s kind of in that middle zone: useful, fairly priced, a bit awkward here and there, and probably fine if you just need something simple...

Support did eventually sort it out for me, but it happened late. I’m glad it got fixed in the end, though I feel like it probably should’ve been handled sooner, right?

Setup was super easy. Compared to a lot of other products I’ve tried, this one didn’t make me feel like I had to figure everything out on my own. I had it up and running quickly, which was a nice surprise.

It was easy to use and I didn’t really run into any hassle, but I still came away feeling a bit misled. The process itself was smooth, I just wish things had been explained more clearly upfront.

I used SimpleTix for a small community concert we put on last weekend, and it made the whole ticket situation so much easier. I’m not super techy, but setting up the event page, ticket prices, and check-in list didn’t take long at all. I did most of it at my kitchen table with a cold cup of coffee next to me, and it was straightforward. I really liked being able to see the ticket sales in one place, and scanning people in at the door went way smoother than I expected. No piles of paper, no awkward guessing, no one digging through email forever while the band was warming up. I had one small question during setup and support got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. I’d definitely use SimpleTix again for another local event.

"Okay for the basics, but my recent setup was frustrating"
I just tried getting the email side set up recently, and it was more of a hassle than I expected. It did work in the end, but the tracking felt limited, so I didn’t feel like I had a clear picture of what was happening with customers. Based on my latest experience, it’s fine for simple stuff, but I wouldn’t say it’s great if you really need to communicate with customers and follow up properly.

Booking went through just fine, but the checkout page felt a little slow, and I ended up double-checking my info twice, just to be safe. It wasn’t a terrible experience, by any means, but it could definitely be a bit smoother

"Quick Help When I Needed It"
I ran into a small issue while setting up my event page, so I reached out to SimpleTix support. i expected a bit of back and forth, but they replied really quickly and actually paid attention to what I had written. They got it fixed without making it complicated or turning it into a big deal. So far, I’ve been happy with SimpleTix.

"Made check-in much easier"
We used SimpleTix for check-in at our school event, and overall it was really easy to work with. Scanning tickets went quickly, even when a line started to build up. A couple of guests had older emails or couldn’t find the right one right away, but we were still able to look them up fast, so it wasn’t a big deal. It definitely made the front door feel a lot less stressful.

"It worked, but the slow site and lack of human help were frustrating"
SimpleTix did what I needed in the end, but the site was painfully slow for me. Pages took forever to load, and trying to check orders or make quick little changes became way more annoying than it should’ve been. At first I thought maybe it was my internet, but every other site was working fine. What made it more frustrating was that there wasn’t really any human contact when I needed help, so it felt like I was just stuck figuring things out on my own. It wasn’t completely unusable, but when you’re trying to get things done quickly, it definitely gets on your nerves

"Simple and Reliable, Honestly"
We’ve used simpletix a few times now, it’s been solid every time. I’m not totally sure what else to say because it kind of just works, which is what we needed. No weird errors, no pages freezing up while people are trying to buy tickets, none of that. The checkout also loaded quickly, even during a busier event, which surprised me a little. We didn’t have anyone messaging us confused or saying they couldn’t get their tickets, so that was a huge relief. Overall, it’s simple, dependable, and easy to use. I guess I expected ticketing software to be more of a headache, but this hasn’t been.

The service was okay overall, nothing terrible, but the fees felt a little excessive for what I got. I also felt like I had to do more extra work than I expected, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

"Surprisingly easy check-in"
I used SimpleTix for check-in, and I was a little confused at first because I expected the QR code scanning to be more complicated. But it ended up being really easy. No weird issues came up, people moved through the line fast, and I barely had to explain anything to the staff. It worked way better than I thought it would.

We’ve been using SimpleTix for a few local events, the reporting is the part I use the most. It’s really easy to see sales, check-ins, and ticket types without having to dig through a bunch of menus. After each event, I like being able to pull the numbers and compare what actually sold. It helped us notice slower days and adjust pricing for the next one. It’s not overly fancy or confusing, just useful info all in one place. I actually mentioned it to a friend who helps run events too, because it really does make planning feel a lot less like guessing. 5 stars from me.

My tickets did load, which was a relief, but the app froze on me twice while I was checking them. It definitely made me nervous that I might lose access right when I needed them, so I kept reopening the app just to make sure they were still there

"Really Helpful for Promo Codes"
I used SimpleTix mostly to set up promo codes for our event, and I’m grateful for how easy it made the process. Creating different codes and adding limits was straightforward, so I didn’t have to spend a ton of time figuring things out. There was one small thing I had to work through, but overall it saved me time and made things much smoother. Really happy with it.
